Customer Oriented Client Support Specialist for growing, dynamic software company. Responsible for the day-to-day support of web based software solutions primarily in School Districts. Experience in on-line help desk, phone support, documentation, requirements gathering are required. Must have analytical and problem solving skills. Other duties as necessary. Opportunity for growth to on-site implementation and consulting specialist. Salary is based on experience.Requirements:
MS Office Suite and Quickbooks knowledge required. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with Lotus Notes a plus. Since travel to school sites may be required, this position may require a criminal background check.
