Paperless User Group

When you invest in PATS and the improvements it brings to your institution, you also become part of the community of FKS International users, with the opportunity to be part of the Paperless User Group (PUG).

PUG meetings are held annually, with the next one scheduled for January 2008.

FKS International facilitates the setting of the agenda. We ask PUG members which issues they want to address at the meeting, and provide us with inputs that members request. We look after the administration and chairing of what is always a relaxed, informal and collegiate session, but the PUG meeting belongs to the user group themselves.

Our members make each session hugely enjoyable and memorable, by their active participation in:

Sharing ideas on exploiting existing databases - Our clients represent government and education, and their experiences in maximizing the flexibility and configurability of our software reflect that diversity. We encourage our PUG members to share these experiences, examples from past meetings include applying seemingly standard forms in a variety of unusual, yet functional approaches, to using PATS to globalize their job fair recruitment efforts.

Influencing new software development - the meetings provide an ideal environment in which we can tell our clients about upcoming developments, and get feedback on our plans for the future direction of PATS.

Communicating business needs - you have a forum for telling us about changes in your institution, and resultant needs for the future.

As well as the meetings we are developing regular electronic newsletters and in the near future a complete online user community, allow real time interactive twenty-four hours a day.

Promoting PUG is part of our drive to partner with our clients, develop software focused on their requirements and continue to be number one in the recruitment & selection marketplace.
